Rates are subject to NJ sales and tourism tax. Guests who invite visitors to spend days/nights will be charged the same rate as an extra person. ONE PARKING SPACE PER UNIT. In case of cancellation, we are happy to refund your deposit less 25% service fee if notified two (2) weeks in writing before arrival date. Misrepresentations will result in forfeiture of deposit and loss of room reservations.
