Rates subject to NJ sales and tourism tax and are subject to change without notice. Rates apply to advance registration of families. Weekends, special events, and holidays are slightly higher. An extra person or visitor pays $15.00 per weekday, weekends (July & August) and holidays add $20.00 per day even if not staying over night and must be registered at front desk. ONE PARKING SPACE PER UNIT. Vehicle must be registered at front desk or it will be towed at your expense. A deposit of two nights plus tax required. Deposit must be received within 4 business days or reservation will be forfeited. No Personal Checks will be accepted within 4 weeks of your reservation. Reservations held until 5:00PM unless office is notified. In case of cancellation, we are happy to refund you deposit less 25% service fee if notified in writing two weeks before arrival date. Deposit is not transferrable. No refunds for early departures. Misrepresentation will result in forfeiture of deposit and loss of room reservation. All Rooms Non-Smoking.
