Policies

  • ALL ROOMS ARE SMOKE-FREE. THE ENTIRE OUTSIDE AREA OF THE GROUND FLOOR IS SMOKE-FREE. This includes in front of the rooms, lounge chair, pool, picnic and grill areas.
  • No-Smoking Policy is Strictly Enforced.
  • Office hours: 8:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Check-in: 2 p.m. or later.
  • Check-out: 10 a.m. or earlier.
  • Reservations held until 5 p.m. unless the office is notified.
  • Deposit Required:
    • 1 night 100% deposit
    • 2-3 nights 50% deposit
    • 4-6 nights 2 nights deposit
    • 7 or more 3 nights deposit
  • Deposit must be received within 4 business days — reservation forfeited if not received.
  • Room deposit required with bank or postal money orders. Personal checks (U.S. Bank) will be accepted if sent at least 4 weeks in advance of reservation.
  • No personal checks will be accepted for balance upon arrival.
  • Deposit is not transferrable and is applied to the last day of period reserved.
  • In case of cancellation, we are happy to refund your deposit less a 25% service fee if notified in writing 2 weeks before arrival date.
  • $20.00 cash key deposit is required. Key deposit will be refunded upon key return.
  • Family Specials payable in cash or money orders only. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • One parking space per unit. Vehicle must be registered at front desk.
  • Since parking is limited, your vehicle must be moved from the property upon check-out.
  • No bikes in room.
  • No pets, sorry.
  • We do not accept Discover or American Express.
  • 3% upcharge on all credit card use.
  • Swim diapers required if children are not fully potty trained.
  • Unregistered visitors or guests will pay $25/day.

PLEASE NOTE: This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Misrepresentations will result in forfeiture of deposit and loss of room reservation.
